Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive at Windsor Brokers, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products or services. Your creativity, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate across teams will be essential in driving our marketing initiatives to success.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., marketing automation, CRM systems) is a plus.
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Help plan, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
- Branding and Design: Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials and collaborate with designers for creative assets when needed
- Event Coordination: Plan, manage, and coordinate local events in Kenya, including trade shows, promotional activities, and other marketing events.
- Manage Local Vendors and Supplies: Oversee relationships with local vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services necessary for marketing initiatives.
