Yusudi is supporting RxAll with the recruitment of a Territory Sales Officer whose mission is to connect all stakeholders in the Pharma/FMCG sector to ease access to affordable and high-quality products.

RxAll is looking to set up in Kenya and would like the Territory Sales Officer who will be based in Nairobi to help in customer acquisition, increase monthly sales revenue, increase software installations, and develop/maintain strategic relationships with key customers.
You Will
Requirements Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell RxAll loan and software products to pharma companies, wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies, chemists, MOHs, and FDAs in the sales territory.
- Plan, execute, measure, track, and achieve 30M (million) KSH in monthly Sales Value by signing up pharma companies, wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies, and Chemists. Your focus will be to get customer groups to increase their Wallet Size, and number of transactions while increasing retention.
- Develop, measure, track, and report the relevant sales metrics and recruit and work with the fulfillment, digital marketing, and customer success teams to achieve sales growth.
- Engage the trade associations in Nairobi and work with them to onboard their members into our ERP & financing solution.
- Activate Doctor’s partnerships for the pharmacies owned by the company with the territory.
- Work with customer success officers to ensure that customers are receiving the best experience from using the company products.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customer groups at the most senior levels across the assigned sales territories.
- Prepare credit risk assessments, credit briefs, and credit documentation for credit customers and get approval for credit disbursement at the credit committee.
- Prevent credit default and for collecting default monies through checks and direct debit mandates. Will also work with the legal team for debt recovery for debts over 56 days due.
- Acquire both cash and credit customers.
Qualifications And Experience Required
- You have a minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Pharma Sales Representative in the Kenya pharma industry, a bonus is if you are already selling to Pharma Companies, Hospitals, Pharmacies, and Chemists and have a wide base of customer contacts in the assigned sales territory.
- You must have strong technical knowledge of the company products with the capacity to develop proposals and presentations at technical conferences with FDAs, Pharma Companies, Hospitals, Pharmacists, and Doctors.
- You have a high capacity for creative thinking for new sales activities and initiatives for delivering sales and marketing goals, sales problem-solving, and general management of human resources on a 360 degrees basis.
- You must be accountable, have excellent attention to detail, deliver as per instructions, hard-working with the ability to be proactive in planning, executing, and reporting on sales goals, initiatives, activities, and results using metrics.
- You have experience selling pharma or financial products and especially credit products as well as software products with strong existing relationships in the pharma industry (especially in Nairobi).
- You must be creative with high intelligence and a strong skillset with PowerPoint, Excel, and Data Analytics and able to initiate and lead new business products and operations across new cities and markets in the assigned sales territory.
- You have prior experience leading sales growth wholly independently and preferably with an Internet company is a significant added advantage especially in selling financial products to business owners in the pharma industry.
