You will be required to perform after‑sales service for the Industrial Boilers business across East African countries while being based in Kenya. Engage in regular visits to industrial customers to strengthen relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and build confidence in our service capabilities. Promote and sell service offerings including maintenance solutions, service contracts, and spare parts. Ensure consistent customer support, identify service opportunities, and contribute to long‑term business growth through reliable and proactive after‑sales engagement.
- Direct responsible for Boiler operation quality in area of intervention.
- Handle existing maintenance contracts
- Answer to customers’ requests for troubleshooting
- Supervision and Commissioning of new Boilers
- Elaborate reports from each customer visit, with recommendations for spare parts and retrofits
- Close contact with Boiler experts in Germany

Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
Professional Experience:
