Duties & Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective members.
- Lead generation, member enrollment and onboarding.
- Effectively promote the Sacco’s products and services to prospective and existing members.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Sacco offerings.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell Sacco products and services to existing members.
- Deliver the agreed sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate sales effort/activations with team members
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- KCSE/Certificate in any field.
- Proven work experience of at least 2 Years as a sales representative preferably in Sacco, Bank or Microfinance.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
