Tasks

  • Establish long term strategic plans to achieve company goals, such as increasing brand awareness.
  • Conduct research to develop the regional marketing communication strategy.
  • Manage the implementation of the marketing plans and all associated activities within budget and agreed timescales to create leads, opportunities and orders.
  • Act as key interface between business units and regional sales & service offices, collaborating closely with other colleagues in the marketing team.
  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of events, including strategic planning, event marketing, budget, logistics, communications, event tech, gifting, onsite execution, playbooks, analytics/ROI.
  • Assist in completing client visit reports and system development.
  • Perform other sales support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, sending invites to attendees and preparing minutes of meetings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for the management.
  • Prepare and extract CRM reports.
  • Analyze CRM Data in Buhler corporate presentation for management and sales team.
  • All other tasks assigned.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in in the similar field.
  • Fluent communication skills in English language.

Preferred qualifications

  • Organizational skills including the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes.
  • Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables with minimum supervision.
  • Customer service attitude.
