Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Salesperson will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales including lead generation, customer acquisition, and client relationship management. The Salesperson will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
