Key Requirements:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team in the creation and execution of social media strategies and campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement
  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality postings
  • Help in the organization and execution of marketing campaigns and events, ensuring all initiatives align with our brand identity and goals
  • Seek and develop partnerships with relevant brands to expand our reach and influence
  • Organize and coordinate interviews, press releases, and other PR activities to boost our brand image and credibility
  • Assist with marketing activities during our events and creating content for the website & magazine
  • Assist in the team’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
  • Work closely with the leadership team on various projects, aiding in the planning, execution, and tracking phases
  • Facilitate communication within the team, acting as a liaison between different departments as necessary
  • Assist in managing team schedules, assignments, and deadlines
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies and procedures
  • Work on new projects and help their development.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Must have 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role, involving marketing and operations tasks
  • Must have a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively
  • Proficiency in common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of content creation workflows, such as Premier Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Canva.
