We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and help us enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive growth through digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and growing CPK Real Estate’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, to promote properties and company updates.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and SEO strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for digital growth.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and blog.
- Help manage online listings and ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
