Summit Recruitment and search Africa client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO in a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, facilitating communication, and providing both administrative and personal support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee correspondence and ensure timely responses.
  • Liaise between CEO and internal teams for effective communication.
  • Monitor project timelines and inform CEO of progress.
  • Assist in planning events, conduct research, handle personal tasks.
  • Serve as the first contact for stakeholders, prepare CEO for meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO, ensuring seamless experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or corporate sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Adaptable and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
