Key Responsibilities:
- Managing credit insurance, imports, stock control, technical documents, and material samples.
- Following up on payments, sending offers, creating SAP files, and occasionally providing price quotations.
- Handling B2B orders, updates, invoicing, and ensuring regulatory accuracy.
- Monitoring payments, resolving disputes, and reporting unresolved issues.
- Managing transport based on internal requests, monitoring services, and coordinating warehouse reception and loading schedules.
- Conducting spot consultations, contributing to new transport contract negotiations, and designing optimal transport plans.
- Organizing logistics, ensuring stock reliability, and coordinating order and transport schedules.
- Conducting spot consultations and contributing to the negotiation of new warehousing contracts.
- Driving improvements, deploying tools with carriers, and analyzing data to optimize transport performance.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in management, commerce, logistics or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in management, commerce or logistics
- Knowledge of office automation and computer tools.
- Knowledge of the elements of a supply chain and of international trade.
- Effective communication with a solution-oriented approach.
- Adaptable while following procedures.
