JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learning the job responsibilities of each position in the department.
- Working closely with the shift leaders.
- Handling all round up tasks in respective section, efficient coordination of duties handed over.
- Following up on quality of production and formulation requirements.
- Any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be recent college graduates with Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Willing and eager to learn.
- Be computer literate/proficient.
- Good communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Good in written English and Fluent oral English.
- High level of integrity & professionalism.
- A team player and flexible to work in a shift system.
- Self-motivated and can work under minimum or no supervision.
Age Requirement: 24 – 28
(Preferably Male)
