Duties

  • Provide various administrative support tasks to different Embassy sections.
  • Draft written materials like letters, reports, and diplomatic communications.
  • Manage schedules and appointments.
  • Answer phones, screen calls, and take messages.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Meet and greet visitors, including VIPs.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Two years of administrative/clerical experience.
  • High school diploma.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other internal Embassy applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize tasks, and work independently.
  • Flexibility to work different hours and in various sections on short notice.
  • Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
