Duties
- Provide various administrative support tasks to different Embassy sections.
- Draft written materials like letters, reports, and diplomatic communications.
- Manage schedules and appointments.
- Answer phones, screen calls, and take messages.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Meet and greet visitors, including VIPs.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Two years of administrative/clerical experience.
- High school diploma.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other internal Embassy applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize tasks, and work independently.
- Flexibility to work different hours and in various sections on short notice.
- Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
