About the Role:
Internal Debt Collector will serve existing customers who have paused making Daily/Weekly/monthly installments for the units they have purchased on loan basis by providing proper, efficient and timely service as per agreed SLA, and contribute to realization of company’s goals by reducing number of delinquent customers and maximize company’s revenues.
What you would be expected to do
- Call and Inform clients of overdue payments and consequences of non-payments
- Capture all reasons for non-payments from customers
- Capture all dispositions from the calls made on a daily basis.
- Report all fraud cases to the team leader and record the same on the fraud tracker
- Ensure all customer information is correct(Including names and contact details)
You might be a strong candidate if you
- Possess a minimum education requirement of a Diploma, Degree is an added advantage
- You are a fluent English speaker
- Possess excellent knowledge of MS Office Suites
- Area team player
- Are flexibility to work on shifts
