Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receive clients and conduct business consultation, advice and give information and guidance on the front desk

2. A skilled personnel with ability and strong sense in operation of company social media platforms

3. Be able to perform specialized services of a routine secretarial nature in strict accordance with established procedural guidelines, prepare and process company documents, and take meeting minutes.

4. Answers phone calls, replies to email and messages, receives clients and provides general information to clients

5. Performs a variety of routine assignments; operates a computer to draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print and photocopy documents.

6. Oversee day-to-day operation of the office machines and equipment.

7. Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files and records and other documents.

8. May schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences, as appropriate to the position.

9. May order, stock, and distribute office supplies.

10. Run various routine errands as required by the company.

11. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

1. High School certificate, no previous experience required.

2. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

1. Ability to sit on the front desk and conduct business consultations

2. Skilled with a strong sense in social media and ability to control and manage the company social media platforms flawlessly.

3. Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments, processing of company documents and taking, preparing and filing of meeting minutes.

4. Record maintenance skills.

5. Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.

6. Ability to prepare and print basic written material.

7. Word processing and data entry skills.

8. Skill in the use of operation
