As a Remote Data Analyst at Coinbase, you will help drive business impact through data and customer insights. Remote Data Analyst Responsibilities :
- Develop insightful metrics and analyses that surface practical recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Establish a long-term data strategy to continuously optimize key aspects of the customer journey from onboarding to support
- Identify high impact opportunities through root cause analyses and deep dives into critical customer metrics and data
- Build scalable self-service analytics tools that empower CX teams with timely, actionable insights
- Proactively recommend solutions to complex issues facing customers to improve efficiency,success rates and overall satisfaction
- Partner with stakeholders across engineering, product and other functions to implement data-driven initiatives
Remote Data Analyst Requirements :
- 3+ years of relevant experience analyzing data to improve customer-facing processes and outcomes
- Advanced SQL and data modeling skills for querying, organizing and analyzing large datasets
- Proficiency with data visualization tools to clearly and effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams
- Strategic problem solving and solution-oriented thinking to identify opportunities for optimization
- Passion for improving customer experiences through the power of data and analytics
Remote Data Analyst Compensation and Benefits:
Target salary range of $131,325 – $154,500 USD annually plus bonus, equity and benefits
