  • Level 3 end User Support. Maintain green KPI for all ticket raised.
  • Asset Management. Asset Counts. Ensure IT asset accuracy in all listings and portals.
  • Consumable management.
  • Network Support. Trouble shoot on network issues and ensure tidy and clean IT cabling.
  • Replacement cycle. Issue replacement cycle devices. Ensure Asset transfers are fully updated and signed off.
  • SAP Business 1 support.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology. Computer Science
  • 0-1 year experience
