- Level 3 end User Support. Maintain green KPI for all ticket raised.
- Asset Management. Asset Counts. Ensure IT asset accuracy in all listings and portals.
- Consumable management.
- Network Support. Trouble shoot on network issues and ensure tidy and clean IT cabling.
- Replacement cycle. Issue replacement cycle devices. Ensure Asset transfers are fully updated and signed off.
- SAP Business 1 support.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology. Computer Science
- 0-1 year experience
