Job Details:

  • Fully functional within all phases of US import ocean/air documentation.
  • Work as customer service team to develop and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle and process all import documents. Communicate and coordinate with origin offices.
  • Ensure strict compliance Company Policies, FMC rules and regulations.
  • Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, time management, and team player.
  • Good verbal and business writing communication skills. PC literate, word, excel, etc.
  • Fluency in English mandatory, and second or third language (Spanish, Mandarin) a plus.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.

Qualifications: BS/BA degree

  • Must be detailed orientated, highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Must be team player, confident and self-driven.
  • With positive attitude, able to work under pressure and excellent problem-solving skills.-H1B VISA sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
