Job Details:
- Fully functional within all phases of US import ocean/air documentation.
- Work as customer service team to develop and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle and process all import documents. Communicate and coordinate with origin offices.
- Ensure strict compliance Company Policies, FMC rules and regulations.
- Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, time management, and team player.
- Good verbal and business writing communication skills. PC literate, word, excel, etc.
- Fluency in English mandatory, and second or third language (Spanish, Mandarin) a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
Qualifications: BS/BA degree
- Must be detailed orientated, highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Must be team player, confident and self-driven.
- With positive attitude, able to work under pressure and excellent problem-solving skills.-H1B VISA sponsorship for qualified candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
