Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality, effectiveness, and efficiency across all editorially-integrated commercial partnerships;
- Optimising skills of the wider production team;
- Manage editorial budget for each campaign;
- Manage briefing and workflow with the relevant content hubs;
- Liaise with Editor, Social, Search & Analytics to generate agreed success metrics;
- Post-campaign reporting;
- Be ‘best-in-field’ with regards to processes, excellent client communications, sales pitches, compliance/legal issues, optimising SEO, and use of relevant technology;
- Manage campaigns with award-winning ideas, content, quality, and work ethic;
- Manage, source, and negotiate talent to front campaigns;
- Work with sales and editorial teams to develop proactive sales ide
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication or its equivalent from a recognised institution;
- Minimum Seven (7) years of relevant experience, with three (3) of those years at the supervisory level;
- Proven organisational and communication skills;
- Self-motivated, and proactive in making suggestions/improvements;
- Excellent client skills and experience, and excellent industry insight (commercial and editorial);
- Proactive in generating content ideas;
- Strong project management from commissioning, editing, and managing successful projects from pitch to PCA;
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and under pressure and have a can-do, problem-solving attitude;
- Experience managing budgets and P&Ls, and scheduling workflows;
- Strong digital & data literacy skills and ability to work closely with data for purposes of audience engagement;
- Multimedia (images, videos, podcasts, and infographics) editing and production skills;
- Data visualisation skills.
