    I’m delighted to submit my application for the [Company Name] receptionist position. I am certain that I have the abilities and experience necessary to flourish in this position given my [Number of Years] years of customer service and office management experience.

    What makes me special is that I can handle a lot of things at once while keeping a professional attitude and a positive outlook. As a receptionist, I know how important it is to make sure clients and guests feel welcome and that everything is in order. My excellent communication skills and extroverted personality enable me to warmly greet guests and make sure they are comfortable, while they are within the business premises.

    In my prior position at [Previous Business], I was in charge of running a busy front desk, handling calls and emails, setting up appointments, and keeping track of the work schedule.
