About the Role
As an intern at Elloe you’ll be handed responsibility, freedom, and the opportunity to influence processes and strategy from Day 1.
As a Customer Success Intern at Elloe, you’ll be an important part of the post-sales process, helping our customers to onboard smoothly and successfully to our software to maximize the potential for scaling-up projects. You’ll work closely with our CSM and wider commercial team.
If you want hands-on experience into how a SaaS sales organization functions and scales within both B2G and B2B markets, this is the position for you. You’ll gain invaluable skills that will complement anyone looking to build a strong commercial profile.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and adapt processes to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully, receive value quickly and get a great first experience with Elloe
- Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, making sure all enquiries are researched and responded to in a professional and friendly manner
- Serve as the customer’s voice and provide continuous feedback to your colleagues in product development and sales in order to respond to current and emerging needs
- Identify areas and implement strategies that will help customers receive the knowledge and support they require rapidly and proactively
- Constantly iterate on processes and contribute to our growth by creating new content, playbooks, and processes
- Develop processes and relationships that increase the retention and loyalty of our customers to ultimately increase renewal rates
- Monitor health scores, satisfaction levels, and customer engagement
- Maintain and update data in customer success management software
