Reeds Africa Consult client is looking for a Personal Assistant/ Marketing Intern. He or she must have previously worked in the Real Estate industry and have a background in Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing documents, and handling correspondence via email, phone, and social media.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, manage social media content, and support campaign strategies.
- Maintain and update company databases, property listings, and client contact lists to ensure accuracy and readiness for business activities.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including booking venues and arranging necessary equipment.
- Manage office operations, ensuring supplies are stocked, equipment is functioning, and the workspace is organized.
- Prepare and assist with presentations and displays for various audiences to facilitate property sales and marketing efforts.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes, and liaise with staff at all levels to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic discussions to drive company initiatives forward.
- Assist with basic accounting duties
- Be able to safeguard the company’s assets where required.
