The main objective of the function
Data Entry to the Asset management system and any work the IT team allocates.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Calling staff to get their allocated assets (laptops, tablets, etc.) details and specifications.
- Entering the asset information into the Asset Management System.
- And any work allocated by the IT team.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma – KCSE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A certificate in Computer Packages or an IT/ICT-related course is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry is a plus.
- Capable of working in a dynamic, inter-cultural and multi-stakeholder setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce professional reports in English.
