The main objective of the function

Data Entry to the Asset management system and any work the IT team allocates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Calling staff to get their allocated assets (laptops, tablets, etc.) details and specifications.
• Entering the asset information into the Asset Management System.
• And any work allocated by the IT team.

Key Qualifications

•  A minimum of a high school diploma – KCSE.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•  A certificate in Computer Packages or an IT/ICT-related course is a plus.
•  Previous experience in data entry is a plus.
•  Capable of working in a dynamic, inter-cultural and multi-stakeholder setting.
•  Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce professional reports in English.
