The administrative assistant and school receptionist provides administrative support to the primary office administrator and is responsible, among other things, to answer the school phone, welcome visitors, coordinate day-to-day administrative duties and attend to the basic administrative needs of learners, parents and staff.
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum two years of working experience in a similar role, preferably at an international school
- Diploma in a relevant field of study
- Friendly, professional, positive and authentic demeanour
- Good technical skills and proficiency with basic technology
- Good organisational skills and ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Excellent communication skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Available to Kenyan applicants only
- Starting as soon as possible (preferably January 2024)
