Our client a Data Entry company in South C is seeking to recruit Data Entry clerks(10 positions)
JOB:DATA ENTRY CLERKS
SALARY:15,000-20,000KSH


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
.Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or databases systems
.Typing in data provided directly from customers
.Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
.Verify data by comparing it to source documents
.Update existing data
.Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
.Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
.Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost


REQUIREMENTS:
.2 years experience in related field
.Proven experience to have worked as a Data Entry clerk
.Fast typing skills
.Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
.Basic understanding of databases
.Great attention to detail
