Telesales Representative, reports to the Sales and Warehouse Co-Ordinator.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. The incumbent will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relations.

The incumbent’s main goal will be growing the company by bringing in new customers, maintaining existing ones and developing the business.

Responsibilities

· Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about new and existing products.

· Provide quotations to potential and existing customers.

· Continually meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

· Respond to correspondence from customers on both mail and phone and follow up initial sales contacts.

· Work well with counterparts in the field to ensure there is a high conversion rate of leads generated to closed sales.

· Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction.

· Ensuring as much relevant info as practically possible is entered into the company’s CRM by the close of every business day.

· Take and process customer orders accurately.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Key skills and Competencies

· Diploma or Degree in a business-related course e.g., sales, marketing, Business Administration

· At least 2 years’ experience in a sales organization with at least one year of high-volume outbound sales experience.

· Excellent Communication and negotiation Skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

· Flexibility to adapt to change in priorities.

· Experience working with selling products over the phone.

· Confident and polished phone prospecting skills required.

· Relevant IT skills
