JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attainment of Business Sales Targets with a monthly sales target of 100 Bicycles through assigned customer accounts. This target will, however be revised upwards from time to time to reflect future company direction and objectives
· Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
· Research organizations, networking with relevant individuals to find new opportunities
· Overseeing the development of marketing material
· Respond to RFQ’s, tenders, develop sales in new territories
· Manage/develop retention strategy
· Reporting on successes and areas needed improvement/additional focus
· Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Developing action plans (Weekly and 90 Day) and activities for the customers, giving timely reports on activities, and competitor activities and formulating strategies under guidance of Chief Operations Officer for execution
- Customer Database management and productivity data of field staff for decision making
- Drafting of Concept notes and Proposal for onward approval by Chief Operations Officer
- Attend to any other duties that Chief Operations Officer may assign occasionally.
