Primary Objective:

  • Revenue acquisition; following up on leads and converting them.
  • Profit and Customer service improvement
  • Managing and maintaining current clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new revenue by taking a hands-on approach and is driven to achieve results
  • Managing relationships to generate and grow valuable long-term client partnerships
  • Touring customers to show the range of options available to suit their needs and closing the sale where possible
  • Sales review planning of the center monthly

Experience or background:

  1. Previous experience selling products or service solutions through direct sales. Experience in selling real estate products will be an advantage.
  2. At least 2 years’ experience
  3. Commercial/ results driven
  4. Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong business relationships.
  5. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate and work effectively with minimal supervision.
