Primary Objective:
- Revenue acquisition; following up on leads and converting them.
- Profit and Customer service improvement
- Managing and maintaining current clients
Key Responsibilities
- Acquiring new revenue by taking a hands-on approach and is driven to achieve results
- Managing relationships to generate and grow valuable long-term client partnerships
- Touring customers to show the range of options available to suit their needs and closing the sale where possible
- Sales review planning of the center monthly
Experience or background:
- Previous experience selling products or service solutions through direct sales. Experience in selling real estate products will be an advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Commercial/ results driven
- Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong business relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate and work effectively with minimal supervision.
