SEEWO is a table banking women organization which was established in 2010 to empower the rural women economically, financially and socially through Table banking activities. We are looking to recruit Field/Credit officer as follows:
Responsibilities
• Perform Table banking on the assigned groups on timely and organized manner
• Mobilization, Training and registration of groups
• Train and ensure that the members engage in income generating activities
• Ensure uptake of SEEWO products and programs
• Prepare monthly progress report for the ward by 10th of the following month
• Preparation of reports as directed
• Any other duty assigned
Qualifications
The position requires a self-driven individual who can work with minimum supervision be ready to work with low-income women.
Have Good communication skills
Should be a person of integrity and honesty
Should be a holder of Diploma in Co-operative Management, Marketing or Business Administration, Business management, Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Supply chain management or any other relevant qualification.
