Job Vacancy – Car Wash Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual, with a proven track record of success in car wash management to oversee the daily operations of our car wash facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage and Supervise car wash staff (Hiring, training and scheduling)
2. Develop & implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
3. Reporting on business performance progress
4. Managing inventory & supplies, Equipment maintenance and ensuring the facility is clean, and well-maintained while complying with all safety and environmental regulations.

Person’s Specifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Certificate in business or related field.
3. 3 years experience in car wash management or related field.
4. Knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
7. Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
