Job Title: Debt Collection Sales and Marketing Executive/Senior Lead Generator
Location: Hybrid
Job Overview:
Our client, a leading debt collection and credit management company is looking for a results-driven Debt Collection Sales and Marketing Executive/Senior Lead Generator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the assigned regions and generate leads through various channels including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss their debt collection and credit management needs.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase our debt collection and credit management services.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop marketing and sales strategies to reach revenue targets.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in the debt collection and credit management industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
- Experience in debt collection or credit management industry is highly preffered.
Interview Process:
The interview process will be conducted in 3 phases.
- The first phase will be a remote interview with the hiring manager.
- The second phase will be a remote interview with a selecting panel, and
- The third phase will be a physical interview in our Nairobi offices.
Location and Transport:
The job location will be hybrid with the flexibility to work remotely or from our Nairobi or any of our Countrywide offices as required. Transport to meet potential clients will be provided/reimbursed.
Salary:
We offer a competitive retainer salary with commission on deals closed.
Regions:
The regions covered by this job include Nairobi, Kisumu, Nakuru, Kakamega, Bungoma, Kitale, Eldoret, Kisii, Embu, Nyeri, Mombasa, and Kitui.
