Full Job Description

Immigration Assistant Job Description:

– Responsible for clients’ applications; follow up case processing until it is approved by IRCC

• Prepare and organize file written materials into proper folders
• Check materials to ensure their accuracy and compliance to the requirements set by IRCC or provincial nominee programs
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, and revise information if necessary
• Experience in the immigration of working on study visa, spousal, supervisa, visitor visa etc is preferred
• LMIA and PNP working experience (preferred)

Must be a BC Resident.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.65-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
