Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment of new employees and partner pathologists
- Process and onboard new employees
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts
- Maintain an accurate and compliant employee database
- Responsible for staff training and leave management
- Create and maintain files for partner pathologists
- Build and Maintain relationships with partner pathologists
- Management of staff exit procedures
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Responsible for records management
- Responsible for office administration including consumables, catering, cleanliness etc
- Arrange and coordinate local and international company travel.
Person’s specifications
- Minimum of 4years of work experience in HR & Administration
- Experience in medical HR management is highly desirable
- Degree in HRM or Higher National Diploma in HRM
- IHRM Membership
- High emotional intelligence and excellent people skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural setting with diverse teams
- Ability to speak French, Mandarin or other languages would be desirable
