Human Resources Administrator at Fanisi HR Solutions

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment of new employees and partner pathologists
  • Process and onboard new employees
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts
  • Maintain an accurate and compliant employee database
  • Responsible for staff training and leave management 
  • Create and maintain files for partner pathologists
  • Build and Maintain relationships with partner pathologists
  • Management of staff exit procedures
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Responsible for records management
  • Responsible for office administration including consumables, catering, cleanliness etc
  • Arrange and coordinate local and international company travel.

Person’s specifications

  • Minimum of 4years of work experience in HR & Administration 
  • Experience in medical HR management is highly desirable
  • Degree in HRM or Higher National Diploma in HRM
  • IHRM Membership
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent people skills 
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural setting with diverse teams
  • Ability to speak French, Mandarin or other languages would be desirable
