Our client is a leading shipping and logistics company with offices around the world. They have retained our services to support hiring process for customer service executive to be based at their office in Nairobi. Reporting to the Branch Manager the customer service officer will among other duties provide efficient and effective customer service in support of the business development teams.

This will include order fulfilment, customer communication, managing customer relationships, resolving any complaints, taking office orders and providing support to sales teams.

We invite applications from candidates who have at least 3 years of experience in customer service within shipping, warehousing and logistics industry.
