We are looking for a HR Administration Specialist, on a two-year fixed term contract, who will be
responsible for implementing and performing a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks
including employee record-keeping, recruitment, employee orientation and other routine
processes.


Reporting to the HR Manager, Compensation & HR Services, you will perform the following duties:
• Supporting HR related internal and external inquiries and requests.
• Assisting in the recruitment process and orientation of new employees.
• Ensuring an effective leave administration process.
• Supporting employee welfare and recognition programs.
• Creating, validating and updating employee data in the HRMIS.
• Maintaining employee records management systems.
• Monthly remittance of statutory returns.
• Providing administrative support to the Human Resources office.
• Supporting implementation and sustainability of Isuzu Manufacturing management
systems in the Production department.
We are looking for the following minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Upper Second) in Business, Technical or related field.
• Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP K) or demonstrated progress towards
completion.
• KCSE Mean Grade B+.
• Two years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Experience working with HR software (HRIS or HRMIS).
