Role Overview: Data Collector Pool
Plan International Liberia is recruiting motivated youth (aged 20–35) to join its Data Collectors Pool. This initiative supports the implementation of our country strategy (2025-2030), ensuring our programs are informed by accurate, on-the-ground data and that we can effectively measure our impact on the lives of children, especially girls and young women.
Selected candidates will be engaged on short-term contracts to support various data collection efforts across all 15 counties of Liberia. This role is not just a job; it’s a chance to build valuable skills and play a central role in transformative community development.
Location: Various assignments across all 15 counties in Liberia
Type of Role: Fixed Term (Short-term contracts)
Reports to: Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator

Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be at the heart of our Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) unit. Your work will directly inform program decisions and help us understand our impact. Key responsibilities include:

Collecting high-quality data in the field for research studies, program evaluations, and baseline assessments.

Supporting digital data collection methods and results-based evaluations.

Contributing to our understanding of social and behavioral changes within communities, with a focus on Girls and Young Women (GYW).

Participating in training and adhering to ethical data collection protocols.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for passionate and optimistic young Liberians who meet the following criteria:

Aged between 20 and 35 years.

Resident in one of Liberia’s 15 counties. i.e Kenya

Strong interest in community development, research, and data.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in the field and as part of a team.

Willingness to undertake short-term assignments as needed.
