Our client, a well-established restaurant in Lang’ata, is urgently seeking to hire experienced and outgoing Barmaids to join their team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for customer service, confidence in engaging with guests, and experience working in a vibrant hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve beverages and cocktails promptly and courteously.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area.
- Handle payments and issue receipts where required.
- Maintain stock levels and report shortages promptly.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barmaid, bartender, or waitress in a restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, neat, and customer-focused appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Honest, reliable, and professional demeanor.
