Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong sales ability through consistent achievement of counter sales incentive goals.
- Prepares and processes rental transactions while obtaining and verifying all required information from the customer.
- Educates the customer in the details and availability of optional services; drivers, baby seat, GPS. Advise as an expert on all vehicles in the Avis fleet, all protection items and all extras.
- Ensures the ready line has appropriate car classes and quantities available.
- Communicates with management to monitor the fluctuating car inventory and availability.
- Responds to all customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner both on the telephone and in person.
- Follows and maintains Quality Assurance Standards as issued by the organization.
- Fills all documents with all the information required.
- Assumes responsibility for accurately completing and processing reports and paperwork delegated by management.
- Responsible for continuous effort in communicating all company information as it pertains to the Rental Sales Agent.
- Responsible for notifying management of any business, employee, safety or customer concerns.
- Create the optimal rentals experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer.
- Greet customers professionally and prepare the rental agreement.
- Meet all sales and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the office area and also vehicles at the station.
- Complete daily lists and report to the Supervisor and Manager.
- Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.
Qualifications and Experience
Academic Qualifications
- Degree holder (Preferred).
- Diploma in Business Administration/Sales or any other relevant field.
Professional/Technical Qualifications
- Customer Care.
- Driving license (Preferred).
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
