Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote Bayes’ logbook loan and auto finance products within the Nairobi region.
- Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Guide clients through the loan application, documentation, and approval process.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and performance targets.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in financial sales, motor vehicle trading, or microfinance is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a valid National ID.
