The Salaries & Remuneration Commission (SRC) is a constitutional commission established under Article 230 of the Constitution of Kenya (2010). Its core mandate is to:

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
1. Principal Legal Officer (RL4)

Role: Providing legal advisory services on remuneration policies, labor laws, and constitutional compliance.

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) + Postgraduate Diploma in Law.

5+ years of experience in public sector legal practice.

Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.

2. Senior Officer, Collective Bargaining Negotiations (RL5)

Role: Leading wage negotiation processes with unions and public sector employers.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Industrial Relations.

4+ years in labor relations or collective bargaining.

3. Senior Officer, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation (RL5)
