We’re a residential construction company based on the East Coast of the U.S., and we’re currently looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is remote, and ideal for someone who’s organized, dependable, and confident communicating in English – especially over the phone.

Position Details:

  • Role: Virtual Assistant (Remote)
  • Hours: 20 hours per week
  • Pay: $5/hour (paid weekly)
  • Pay Commission: $5-10 commission every time a job is booked. (Avg 2 jobs booked per week)
  • Timezone: Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) 9AM–5PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering and making phone calls (we’ll provide you with a script/template of questions for incoming calls)
  • Scheduling appointments with homeowners and vendors
  • Writing and organizing basic estimates (training and templates provided)
  • Updating and managing our calendar
  • Light administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
  • Reliable and detail-oriented with good follow-through
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Experience in construction or home services is a plus, but not required

Preference:

  • Applicants located in the Philippines are preferred, but we are open to others with strong English skills and availability during our working hours.
