Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen and Office Support Administrator to join our team. This role combines kitchen management duties with essential office administrative support, ensuring an organized, efficient, and well-stocked environment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals for staff based on the weekly menu plan.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of both kitchen and office areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee office cleanliness, ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Work with vendors to source and purchase food and kitchen supplies, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and office materials, ensuring the kitchen is consistently stocked and all necessary items are available for meal preparation.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate the timely restocking of supplies to avoid shortages.
  • Provide office support, including managing office supplies, handling mail, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
  • Cater to dietary preferences and restrictions, accommodating individual requests as needed.
  • Support office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and administrative functions.
  • And any other responsibilities as assigned by Management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in kitchen management or food preparation, with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Valid Food Handler’s Certificate and medical clearance Certificate
  • Experience in office administration or facilities management is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to monitor and maintain inventory effectively.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality supplies and timely deliveries.
  • Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and order in both kitchen and office areas.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
