We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment and Admin Intern to join our team remotely and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and office administration.
Role Overview
As a Recruitment and Admin Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our hiring processes and ensuring efficient administrative operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational skills in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
✅ Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
✅ Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
✅ Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
✅ Communicate with candidates, providing updates on their application status.
✅ Assist in conducting initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
✅ Maintain and update the candidate database with accuracy and confidentiality.
✅ Support employer branding initiatives, such as social media campaigns and job fair participation.
✅ Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documents and coordinating virtual orientation sessions.
Administrative Support
✅ Support virtual office administration tasks such as document management and email correspondence.
✅ Maintain accurate records of recruitment and administrative processes.
✅ Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and recruitment-related events.
✅ Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and recruitment-related documentation.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Event & Employee Engagement Support
✅ Assist in planning and coordinating virtual employee engagement activities and networking events.
✅ Help organize webinars and online workshops related to talent acquisition and professional development.
✅ Support internal communication efforts by drafting newsletters, announcements, and memos.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
✅ Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✅ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
✅ Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling candidate information.
✅ Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
✅ Proactive Attitude: Willingness to learn and take initiative in various tasks.
