• Business Development through Direct Sales to NGO’s, MFI’s, Govt. organization, Corporates & Floriculture & Horticulture industry & other Institutions both regional and national.
  • Ensuring monthly volume and revenue sales & collection target achievement.
  • Deploying BDS (Business Development Strategy – growth from existing customers, getting new customers & reviving lost customers).
  • Ensuring business volume & revenue from all categories of Institutions.
  • Increasing contribution of this segment to overall sales of the company.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of water storage tanks and related products is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Graduate, PG Diploma Preferred.
  • 5-15 years; Building Construction Industry experience with water tank sales experience preferred.
