Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the firm. This role requires a dynamic professional with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of HR consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their HR needs.
- Promote and sell HR consultancy services, including recruitment, staffing, payroll management, and compliance solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the HR, recruitment or any service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
