Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase hotel revenue.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Attend networking events and industry-related functions to promote the hotel.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
  • Proven three (3) experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hotel business and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Goal-oriented and driven by targets and results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
