Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess needs and upsell HR consulting services.
Sales and Business Growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Â Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients to meet sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive opportunities.
Marketing and Brand Awareness
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Represent Morsan HR Consulting Ltd at industry events, networking functions, and conferences.
- Leverage digital marketing strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
Strategic HR Consultation
- Understand client HR needs and align solutions with business goals.
- Offer strategic advice on HR outsourcing, recruitment, and talent management services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and business development efforts.
- Analyze sales data to measure performance and report progress to management.
- Provide insights on business development strategies and areas of improvement.
- Any other duty assigned by the supervisor related to Morsan scope of work.
Qualifications and Experience:
-  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales development within the service industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
