Duties & Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective members.
  • Lead generation, member enrollment and onboarding.
  • Effectively promote the Sacco’s products and services to prospective and existing members.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Sacco offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell Sacco products and services to existing members.
  • Deliver the agreed sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate sales effort/activations with team members
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • KCSE/Certificate in any field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 2 Years as a sales representative preferably in Sacco, Bank or Microfinance.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
